Stadion Lokomotiv (Plovdiv)
Stadion Lokomotiv ( bg, Стадион „Локомотив“, English: 'Lokomotiv Stadium'), nicknamed Lauta ( bg, Лаута) after the park in which it is situated, is a multi-purpose stadium located in southeastern Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It is the club stadium of Lokomotiv Plovdiv. The stadium was officially opened on 6 September 1982 and is a part of a sports complex, which includes an indoor athletic hall, a volleyball hall, five tennis courts and three training pitches. The stadium initially held a capacity of 24,000 people. Recent redevelopments In 2013, electric floodlights were introduced to the stadium. In 2019, the stadium was renovated again in order to comply with UEFA Category 3 and be able to host European competitions games up to the play off round. Bessica stand received 660 brand new plastic seats and the West Stand called Sportclub got 1460 extra seats added to its corner sector. PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv ( bg, ПФК Локомотив Пловдив), commonly known as Loko Plovdiv, is a Bulgarian professional football club based in Plovdiv. Lokomotiv's home ground is the Lokomotiv Stadium which is situated in Lauta Park and has a capacity of 14,000 spectators. Founded on 25 July 1926, Lokomotiv is one of the most popular teams in Bulgaria and currently competes in the top-flight First League, which they have won once (in 2004). Chernomorets Burgas
PSFC Chernomorets Burgas ( bg, ПСФК Черноморец Бургас) or simply Chernomorets ( bg, Черноморец) was a Bulgarian football club from the city of Burgas. The club never won any major competition, its most notable achievement being a second-place finish in the UEFA Intertoto Cup competition in 2008. The club was founded in 2005, following the folding of the historical FC Chernomorets Burgas, which played numerous seasons in the first tier of Bulgarian football. The new Chernomorets quickly ascended to the first tier and remained there until the 2013-14 season.
