Mohamed Hamlaoui Stadium () is a multi-use stadium in Constantine, Algeria. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium has an actual capacity of 22,986 people. It serves as the home ground of CS Constantine and MO Constantine. history Two years after the start of its construction in 1971, the largest stadium in Constantine opened its doors on the 11th anniversary of the country's independence, on July 5, 1973. It then took the name of Chahid Slimane Daoudi dit Hamlaoui, a nationalist militant who died during the Algerian war. Felix Owolabi (born 24 November 1954) is a retired Nigerian footballer who played for the Nigerian national team. Playing much of his career as a left winger, he played for Nigeria at the 1978 African Cup of Nations and at the 1980 Summer Olympics. He played with the Nigerian teams that came third at the 1978 African Cup of Nations and won the African Cup of Nations in 1980. Ali Fergani ( ar, علي فرقاني) (born September 21, 1952) is an Algerian football manager and former player who played in the midfield position as a playmaker. Career Fergani played club football for NA Hussein Dey and JE Tizi-Ouzou. Fergani played for the Algeria national football team at the 1980 Summer Olympics. He also took part in the 1982 FIFA World Cup in Spain. In 1981, Fergani came third in a run for an African Footballer of the Year award.
