Stade El Menzah
Stade El Menzah is a multi-purpose stadium, located in the north of Tunis, Tunisia. History Stade Vélodrome is the historical stadium that preceded Stade El Menzah. It was built in 1927 in the same location and became the stadium of US Tunis and Italia de Tunis. It had a capacity of 5,000 spectators. The stadium was named after the president of US Tunis, Henri Smadja. It was also named after Carmel Borg, a maltese businessman. So it became Stade Smadja-Borg. It was the main stadium for the Tunisian national team in the 1930s and 1940s In addition to the Tunisian Cup final since the 1929 edition, before the construction of the Stade Géo André in 1942. El Menzah
El Menzah ( ar, المنزه), is the name given to a group of suburbs located at the north of the agglomeration of Tunis, capital of Tunisia. Description Created for middle class and upper classes, it is a subdivision of residencies, villas and buildings. These subdivisions are numbered from I to X by date of creation, the number I, built in 1953 (now El Menzah I) and the following in the years 1990 and 2000. Menzah II and III existed for a short time before that they were renamed Mutuelleville. Stade Olympique Hamadi Agrebi, opened as Stade 7 November, is a multi-purpose stadium in Radès, Tunis, Tunisia about 10 kilometers south-east of downtown Tunis, in the center of the Olympic City. Stade Tunisien (; ar, الملعب التونسي) or ST is a football club from Bardo, Tunis, Tunisia. Alongside Espérance de Tunis and Club Africain it forms the group of three best teams in the capital city region. Founded in 1948, it is the successor of the football section of the defunct Association of Young Muslims of Bardo founded in 1923.
