El Menzah
El Menzah ( ar, المنزه), is the name given to a group of suburbs located at the north of the agglomeration of Tunis, capital of Tunisia. Description Created for middle class and upper classes, it is a subdivision of residencies, villas and buildings. These subdivisions are numbered from I to X by date of creation, the number I, built in 1953 (now El Menzah I) and the following in the years 1990 and 2000. Menzah II and III existed for a short time before that they were renamed Mutuelleville. The subdivisions are administratively attached to the governorates of Tunis ( délégation of El Menzah) and of Aryanah. Tunis Governorate ( ' ) is the smallest and most populated of the twenty-four governorates (provinces) of Tunisia. It covers an urban and suburban area on the Gulf of Tunis on the north-east coast covering and has a population of 1,056,247 (2014 census) with some agriculture and amenity land including parts of national parks. Its capital is that of the country, Tunis. Physical geography and economy The Tunis Governorate is the largest industrial center in the country. Opening on the Mediterranean Sea, the governorate has a Mediterranean climate with annual rainfall reaching 470 mm. Ariana ( ar, أريانة ') is a coastal city in north-eastern Tunisia, part the agglomeration of Tunis, also called "Grand Tunis". It is located at the north of Tunis city center, around .
