The Capital Area Activities Conference (Or CAAC) is a high school sports league located in Central Michigan. It is a member of the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA). Oliver Lyman Spaulding Jr. (June 25, 1875 – March 27, 1947) was a career officer in the United States Army.
