Sport Victoria is a Peruvian football club representing the city of Ica, Peru. The club was founded in 1916 and currently plays in the Peruvian Segunda División which is the second division of the Peruvian league. History In 2006 Copa Perú, Sport Victoria classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Deportivo Ingeniería in the round of 16. In 2007 Copa Perú, Sport Victoria classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Sport Águila in the round of 16. In 2010 Copa Perú, Sport Victoria classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Asociación Deportiva Tarma in the quarter-finals. In 2011 Torneo Intermedio, the club was eliminated by Universidad San Martín de Porres in the round of 32*. 2011 Torneo Intermedio
The 2011 Torneo Intermedio (known as the Copa Movistar for sponsorship reasons) was played between June and July while the Peru national football team prepared for and competed in the 2011 Copa América. The tournament was played as a knockout competition, with the participation of the 16 teams of the Primera División, and 19 invited teams of which 5 compete in the Segunda División and 14 amateur teams. The Peruvian football league system is a complex system. Though the general outline includes the Liga 1, Liga 2 and Copa Perú. The Copa Perú is very large involving several stages and leagues within it. In addition, the Copa Perú is played within a year. The 2012 Copa Perú season ( es, Copa Perú 2012), the promotion tournament of Peruvian football, started on February. The tournament has 5 stages. The first four stages are played as mini-league round-robin tournaments, except for third stage in region IV, which is played as a knockout stage. The final stage features two knockout rounds and a final four-team group stage to determine the two promoted teams. The 2012 Peru Cup started with the District Stage ( es, Etapa Distrital) on February. The next stage was the Provincial Stage ( es, Etapa Provincial) which started on June. The tournament continued with the Departamental Stage ( es, Etapa Departamental) on July. The Regional Stage follow in September. The National Stage ( es, Etapa Nacional) starts in November. Alianza Universidad
Alianza Universidad is a Peruvian association football club, playing in the city of Huánuco. History The club was founded as Alianza Huánuco on January 1, 1939. The club have played at the highest level of Peruvian football on one occasion, in the 1991 Torneo Descentralizado, but was relegated to the 1992 Torneo Zonal. In the 2011 Copa Perú, the club classified to the National Stage, but was eliminated by Real Garcilaso in the semifinals. It was invited to play in the 2012 Peruvian Segunda Division. Alianza Universidad played in the Segunda División tournament five seasons from 2012 until 2016. After not much success with gaining promotion the team decided to retire from the tournament and return to the Copa Perú system in 2017 where it will play from the Departamental Stage.
