Filippina Lydia "Tina" Arena (born 1 November 1967) is an Australian singer-songwriter, musician, musical theatre actress and record producer. She is one of Australia's highest-selling artists and has sold over 10 million records worldwide. Arena is multilingual, singing and recording in English, Italian, French and Spanish. ''Whistle Down the Wind'' is a musical with music composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, who also co-wrote its book with Patricia Knop and Gale Edwards, and its lyrics were written by Jim Steinman. "Aller plus haut" (English: "Go Higher") is a 1999 song recorded by Australian singer Tina Arena. It was the eighth single from the album '' In Deep'' and was released in July 1999. It was also Arena's first French language single. J. Kapler was inspired to write the song and offer it to Tina Arena after seeing her perform in English on French television. The song became a huge hit in Belgium (Wallonia) where it topped the chart for one week and remained in the top 40 for 21 weeks, and in France, where it charted for 40 weeks and peaked at #2 for six consecutive weeks.
