Maryland

La Plata High School
La Plata High School is part of the Charles County Public Schools and is located in La Plata, Maryland, United States. The current school was built in 1979. Before that, it was in the building (built in 1964) which now holds Milton M. Somers Middle School. History On November 9, 1926, the La Plata Elementary School was destroyed by a tornado that killed 13 students. Thomas Stone High School
Thomas Stone High School is a public high school in the eastern section of Waldorf, Maryland, United States, administered by the Charles County Board of Education. The school colors are blue and gold and its mascot is the cougar. It was named after Thomas Stone, a Maryland representative in the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Patuxent High School (pronounced- Pa-tucks-ent) is a comprehensive, four-year public high school in Lusby, Calvert County, Maryland, United States. North Point High School
North Point High School is a school for career and technology education (formerly science, technology, and industry). It is located in the far western area of Waldorf, Maryland, United States. At and with about 2,000 students enrolled, it is the largest high school in Charles County. It is also the second newest high school, having opened in 2005. Huntingtown High School is located at 4125 North Solomons Island Road, Huntingtown, Maryland (MD), United States.
