Sonny Fodera is an English / Australian house music DJ and producer living in London. Known for his vocal-driven, pop-forward songs, Fodera has released 5 albums. He has collaborated and remixed artists such as Calvin Harris, Glass Animals, MK, Green Velvet, Diplo, Sinéad Harnett and Ella Eyre. Career Early career Fodera grew up in Adelaide, Australia, where he began working on hip hop beats in his mid-teens. At age 18 he was inspired to start creating house music after seeing American DJ Derrick Carter perform at a nightclub. At 23 he began touring in the US and UK. DJ Gene Farris asked Fodera to remix his track "Dance Warriors" for Green Velvet's label Cajual Records, who released his first two albums ''Moving Forward'' in 2013 and ''After Parties & Aeroplanes'' in 2014. "Promises" is a song by Scottish DJ and record producer Calvin Harris and English singer-songwriter Sam Smith. Both artists co-wrote the song with Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez, who also provided additional vocals to the song. The song's production was handled solely by Harris. The Reading and Leeds Festivals are a pair of annual music festivals that take place in Reading and Leeds in England. The events take place simultaneously on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend. The Reading Festival is held at Little John's Farm on Richfield Avenue in central Reading, near Caversham Bridge. The Leeds event is held in Bramham Park, near Wetherby, the grounds of a historic house. Hideout Festival is an annual electronic music festival held in Zrce, Croatia on the island of Pag. The first festival was in 2011, and landed on The Guardian's list of the best European festivals of 2011, and since then, has sold out every year to date.
