Social navigation is a form of social computing introduced by Paul Dourish and Matthew Chalmers in 1994, who defined it as when "movement from one item to another is provoked as an artifact of the activity of another or a group of others". BibSonomy
BibSonomy is a social bookmarking and publication-sharing system. It aims to integrate the features of bookmarking systems as well as team-oriented publication management. BibSonomy offers users the ability to store and organize their Internet bookmark, bookmarks and publication entries and supports the integration of different communities and people by offering a social platform for literature exchange. Folksonomy is a classification system in which end users apply public tags to online items, typically to make those items easier for themselves or others to find later. Commit (version Control)
In version control systems, a commit is an operation which sends the latest changes of the source code to the repository, making these changes part of the head revision of the repository. Unlike commits in data management, commits in version control systems are kept in the repository indefinitely. Thus, when other users do an update or a checkout from the repository, they will receive the latest committed version, unless they specify that they wish to retrieve a previous version of the source code in the repository. Bounce rate is an Internet marketing term used in web traffic analysis.
