Sobral, Ceará
Sobral is a municipality in the state of Ceará, Brazil. Sobral is the fifth largest municipality of Ceará, after Fortaleza. Its economy is based on agriculture, services and some manufacturing industries. The city has two public universities: Universidade Federal do Ceará) and Universidade Estadual do Vale do Acaraú. It also has private universities, such as , Unopar, and − a theological institute. The city is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sobral. The city is known for being the place where the astronomical observation of a solar eclipse on May 29, 1919, by a team of British scientists led by Sir Frank Watson Dyson was offered as the first proof of Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity, which had been published in 1916. The town's ("Museum of the Eclipse") celebrates this event. There is a monument in Patrocínio Square marking the location of this solar eclipse. Azul Conecta, formerly known as TwoFlex Aviação Inteligente, is a domestic and regional airline based in Jundiaí, Brazil, established in 2013. History Azul Conecta was formed as TwoFlex on April 1, 2013 as a result of the merger of Two Táxi Aéreo and Flex Aero Táxi Aéreo. Between August 2016 and June 2019, TwoFlex operated wet lease flights on behalf of Voe Minas Gerais, a State-run project that connected cities within the State of Minas Gerais to the State capital Belo Horizonte. Fortaleza-Pinto Martins International Airport is the international airport serving Fortaleza, Brazil. It is named after ''Euclides Pinto Martins'' (1892–1924) a Ceará-born aviator, who in 1922 was one of the pioneers of the air-link between New York City and Rio de Janeiro. DAFIF () or the ''Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File'' is a comprehensive database of up-to-date aeronautical data, including information on airports, airways, airspaces, navigation data, and other facts relevant to flying in the entire world, managed by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) of the United States. Withdrawal of public access DAFIF was publicly available until October 2006 through the Internet; however, it was closed to public access because "increased numbers of foreign source providers are claiming intellectual property rights or are forewarning NGA that they intend to copyright their source". Currently, only federal and state government agencies, authorized government contractors, and Department of Defense customers are able to access the DAFIF data.
