Sobhana Mostary ( bn, শোভনা মোস্তারি; born 13 February 2002) is a Bangladeshi cricketer who plays as a right-handed batter. In April 2018, she was named in the Bangladesh Women for their series against South Africa Women. She made her Women's One Day International cricket (WODI) debut for Bangladesh against South Africa Women on 14 May 2018. In August 2019, she was named in Bangladesh's squad for the 2019 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier tournament in Scotland. She made her Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) debut for Bangladesh, against the Netherlands, on 23 August 2019. In January 2020, she was named in Bangladesh's squad for the 2020 ICC Women's T20 World Cup in Australia. Rangpur (, ; bn, রংপুর , Rongpur, City of Colour) is one of the major cities in Bangladesh and Rangpur Division. The 2022 ICC Women's Cricket World Cup was the twelfth edition of the Women's Cricket World Cup, which was held in New Zealand in March and April 2022. It was originally scheduled for 6 February to 7 March 2021 but was postponed by one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On 15 December 2021, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced that the tournament would start on 4 March 2022, with the final scheduled for 3 April 2022. New Zealand qualified automatically as hosts, with all other qualification places determined by the ICC ODI Rankings. The 2022 Commonwealth Games Qualifier was a cricket tournament played in Malaysia in January 2022. Five national teams competed for one place in the cricket tournament at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, in Birmingham, England, in July to August 2022. Matches in the qualification tournament were played as Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is). In November 2020, the ICC announced the qualification process for the 2022 Commonwealth Games tournament. The 2021 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier was an international women's cricket tournament that was held in Zimbabwe in November and December 2021.
