Smørumnedre
Smørumnedre is a town and suburban area situated in Egedal Municipality in the northwestern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark and forms part of Copenhagen's urban area. The original village has merged with the neighbouring villages of Måløv in Ballerup Municipality and Jonstrup in Furesø Municipality to form an urban agglomeration with a population of 20,657 (1 January 2022). The small and relatively undisturbed village of Smørumovre ("Upper Smørum") is located about 500 metres to the west of Smørumnedre while Lille Smørum("Little Smørum") refers to a group of scattered farms to the south. Lasse Petry
Lasse Petry Andersen (born 19 September 1992) is a Danish professional footballer who played as midfielder. Career Petry was born in Smørumnedre, and played football during his youth for his local club Ledøje-Smørum Fodbold, before moving on to FC Nordsjælland at under-15 level. On 28 April 2011, Petry was brought on as a substitute in the Danish Cup semi-final win over Randers, his first appearance for the first team. He signed a new contract on 2 April 2012, extending his contract with Nordsjælland to June 2014. The following years, however, were plagued by injuries which meant that Petry never established himself in the starting lineup. Between 2014 and 2017, he only made 33 league appearances due to injuries, mainly a meniscus tear which kept him sidelined for an extended period of time. Måløv
Måløv is a suburb within Ballerup Municipality, closely attached to Smørumnedre approx. 20 km. west of Copenhagen, in the Capital region, with a population of 8,787 (2022). The suburb is made up by single-family houses and a housing project. 93% of the inhabitants are native Danes. The suburb is connected with the S-train and Måløv station serves commuters from both Måløv and Smørumnedre. Måløv is considered to be founded in 1193. Green areas Måløv has many green areas and fields around it. So although the city today differs in both scope and character from the time Måløv was a village and a station village, the traces of the bygone times are easy to find. Edelgave
Edelgave is a manor house situated just southwest of Smørumnedre, Egedal Municipality, 20 km northwest of central Copenhagen, Denmark. The current main building was designed by Andreas Kirkerup and is listed. History 17th century The area is first mentioned in 1307 when Cecilie Jonsdatter left it to Esrum Abbey in her will and the property is later known as Rompe. The property was from about 1600 owned by the crown. The farm was destroyed in the two Dano-Swedish Wars (1657-1660). In 1663, Frederick III granted the property to Admiral of the Realm Henrik Bjelke and his wife Edel Ylfeldt for life. Five years later, the king created a deed which ceded the property to Edel Ulfeldt and her descendants. It mentions the name "Edelgave" as the name of a future manor house at the site. Jonstrup
Jonstrup is a suburban neighbourhood situated in Furesø Municipality on the west side of Hareskoven forest in the northwestern outskirts of Copenhagen, Denmark. The original village has merged with the neighbouring villages of Måløv in Ballerup Municipality and Smørumnedre in Egedal Municipality to form an urban agglomeration with a population of 20,657 (2022). The neighbourhood is separated from Måløv by Mølledalen, Møllemosen, and Værebro å. History A textile factory was built in the village in the middle of the 18th century. It was destroyed in a fire in 1778 but reopened after being rebuilt in 1781. In 1809, it was converted into a teachers' academy, Jonstrup Seminarium, which moved to new premises in Kongens Lyngby in 1955. Conviently located close to the Værløse Air Base, the buildings in Jonstrup were then acquired by the Danish military and converted into the new Royal Danish Air Force Officers School. Martin Albrechtsen (born 31 March 1980) is a Danish football player. He can play in any position across the back four and has played four games for the Danish national team. Kildedal Station
Kildedal station is a station on the Frederikssund radial of the S-train network in Copenhagen, Denmark. The station opened on 25 November 2000 in expectation of nearby urban development. It is still surrounded mostly by fields and has failed to attract any significant number of passengers. Since 23 September 2007 trains only stop at Kildedal on Monday through Saturday in the periods when service '' C'' is extended from Ballerup to Frederikssund. It was the only S-train station not to have service every day of the week. Since December 2012, this station has restored weekend service, and no train stops there on weekday evenings. H is an S-train service in Metropolitan Copenhagen, Denmark that serves mainly the outer part of Frederikssundbanen, running partially non-stop between Ballerup and Flintholm. It is one of the six base lines of the S-train network, running every 20 minutes all days from about 5:00 until 1:00. It is the only base line in the network whose frequency is not doubled in the daytime; instead approximate 10-minute service on the outer part of the radial is provided by extending some trains on service C from Ballerup to Frederikssund. C (S-train)
C is a service on the S-train network in Copenhagen. It serves the Klampenborg radial and the inner part of the Frederikssund radial, and also reinforces service on the outer part of the Frederikssund radial in high-traffic period. Service C is one of the base services on the network, running between Ballerup and Klampenborg every 20 minutes from about 5:00 to 1:00 every day. Between about 6:00 to 19:00 on Monday to Saturday it runs every 10 minutes, and in this period half of the trains continue from Ballerup to Frederikssund. Måløv Station
Måløv station is a station in Måløv on the Frederikssund radial of the S-train network in Copenhagen, Denmark. Måløv station was built by Det sjællandske Jernbaneselskab (the Railway Company of Zealand, now Danish State Railways) and opened 17 June 1879 between Frederikssund and Frederiksberg. The railroad became electrified in 1989 and the traffic was transferred to the S-train network. In 2002, the railroad became double tracked in its whole length.
