Smartzee is a French rapper born in Benin. Biography Smartzee became known to the general public due to his feature on the single "Et c’est parti" of French R&B singer Nâdiya. The single reached the top 5 French rankings for 22 weeks. He remade a duet in 2005 with Nâdiya for the song "All these words" which reached the 2nd place. "Tous ces mots" is a song recorded by the France-born singer Nâdiya accompanied by the English rapper Smartzee. The song was released as the first single from Nâdiya's self-titled third studio album ''Nâdiya (album), Nâdiya'' on February 24, 2006 (see 2006 in music) in France and Switzerland. Music video The song features Smartzee, a rapper who was also featured in her "Et c'est parti..." song and music video. In the music video for "Tous ces mots", auto races are particularly shown, with Nâdiya in one of the cars racing. She is also shown 'performing' the song on a podium. In the end, Nâdiya's pink car wins. Nâdiya (born Nadia Zighem on June 19, 1973) is a French R&B singer. Early life Nâdiya was born in the city of Tours, France. At school she displayed a talent for athletics, and gravitated towards the sport-studies section. In 1989, she won the title of Junior Champion of France's 800 metres. 2001–2005: Early commercial success The single "J'ai confiance en toi" (''I Trust You''), released in February 2001, became the first single that charted in the French Singles Chart, peaked at No. 38 in France and stayed in the chart for 13 weeks. Parakou is the largest city in northern Benin, with an estimated population of around 206,667 people, and capital of the Borgou Department. "Roc" is a song recorded by the French-born singer Nâdiya, which appears on her self-titled third album ''Nâdiya''. The single was released as the second single from the album on June 19 in Switzerland and France, 2006, two weeks after the release of the album. The single became her best-performing single in the French Singles Chart, staying in the top five for eleven weeks and eighteen weeks in the top thirty. It contains a sample taken from ''War'' composed by Survivor for the soundtrack of ''Rocky IV'' in 1985.
