Slovak Identity Card
The Slovak citizen ID card (Slovak: Občiansky preukaz, citizen card, literally civic certificate) is the identity document used in the Slovak Republic (and formerly in Czechoslovakia), in addition to the Slovak passport. It is issued to all citizens, and every person above 15 years of age permanently living in Slovakia. It is required by law to hold a valid identity card. A Slovak ID card can be used for travel in all member states of the European Union and the Schengen Area as well as several other European countries (including Balkan countries, for example North Macedonia and Serbia). The identity cards are produced in Devínska Nová Ves, Bratislava. In 2017, it was reported to be affected by the ROCA vulnerability, potentially allowing the cards to be cheaply spoofed. Czech National Identity Card

National Identity Cards In The European Union
National identity cards are issued to their citizens by the governments of all European Economic Area (EEA) member states except Denmark, Iceland and Ireland. Ireland however issues a passport card which is a valid document in the EEA and Switzerland. Denmark and Iceland issue simpler identity cards that are not valid as travel documents. Slovak Passport
The Slovak passport is issued to citizens of Slovakia to enable legal international travel. Every Slovak citizen is also a citizen of the European Union. The passport, along with the national identity card allows for free rights of movement and residence in any of the states of the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Every Slovak citizen is entitled to possess two passports of the same kind, if so desired. The second passport is valid for 5 years (instead of the standard 10 years), while the fee remains the same. ROCA Vulnerability
The ROCA vulnerability is a cryptographic weakness that allows the private key of a key pair to be recovered from the public key in keys generated by devices with the vulnerability. "ROCA" is an acronym for "Return of Coppersmith's attack". The vulnerability has been given the identifier . The vulnerability arises from a problem with an approach to RSA key generation used in vulnerable versions of a software library, ''RSALib'', provided by Infineon Technologies, and incorporated into many smart cards, Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and Hardware Security Modules (HSM) implementations, including YubiKey 4 tokens, often used to generate PGP keys.
