Jozef Majoroš
Jozef Majoroš (''pronounced'' Mayorosh) (born 19 March 1970 in Geča near Košice) is a former Slovak footballer and head coach of Liptovský Mikuláš. Club career Majoroš started with football in your native village Geča. Functionaries of ZŤS Košice noticed his football talent and moved Jozef to their club when he was thirteen. He played in all youth squads ZŤS Košice. In 1988 Jozef progressed to the senior team. After he finished stage in Košice he continued in your career in Dukla Banská Bystrica and then in Czech teams Viktoria Žižkov and Petra Drnovice. Stanislav Varga (born 8 October 1972) is a Slovak football manager and former player, currently in charge of Polish I liga club Sandecja Nowy Sącz. Career Varga, a tall and commanding centre-back, was recruited by Peter Reid for £875,000 from Slovan Bratislava during the summer of 2000. Varga began his career at the Stadium of Light with an impressive opening day display in Sunderland's 1–0 victory over Arsenal, picking up the man of the match award. Szilárd Németh (; ; born 8 August 1977) is a Slovak former professional association football, footballer who played as a Striker (association football), striker. Karhan started and finished his career at Spartak Trnava; in between, he played in Spain, Turkey and Germany, where he spent ten seasons. Vladimír Labant (born 8 June 1974) is a Slovak former professional footballer who played as a left-back. He represented the Slovakia national team. Miroslav König (born 1 June 1972) is a retired Slovak football goalkeeper of German descent, who played during the 1990s and 2000s. He played for a number of clubs in Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey, the Czech Republic and Greece.
