Silviu Lung
Silviu Lung (; born 9 September 1956) is a retired Romanian football goalkeeper and current manager. Playing career Club career Silviu Lung was born on 9 September 1956 in Sânmiclăuș, Satu Mare and started to play football in 1971 at Victoria Carei in Divizia C, being helped by a rule that the Romanian Football Federation imposed, which was the use of a junior player in the games from the lower leagues. He went to play Universitatea Craiova, making his Divizia A debut on 29 August 1974 in a 1–0 victory against Politehnica Timișoara. Lung went on to play 14 seasons with Universitatea Craiova, being part of the "Craiova Maxima" generation, helping them win two consecutive league titles in 1980 and 1981, at the first he contributed with only 3 appearances because he was diagnosed with hepatitis and at the second he played 20 games. Romania National Football Team
The Romania national football team ( ro, Echipa națională de fotbal a României) represents Romania in international men's football competition and is administered by the Romanian Football Federation ( ro, Federația Română de Fotbal), also known as FRF. CS Concordia Chiajna
Clubul Sportiv Concordia Chiajna, commonly known as Concordia Chiajna, is a Romanian professional football club based in Chiajna, Ilfov County, which competes in the Liga II. Founded in 1957, the team's best period was between 2011 and 2019, when it amassed eight participations in the highest tier of the Romanian league system, the Liga I. The 1982–83 Cupa României was the 45th edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by Universitatea Craiova against Politehnica Timișoara. Craiova were unable to play in the 1983–84 European Cup Winners' Cup though, as the closing date for entries was a week before the final. As a result, both the President and Secretary of the Romanian FA – Andrei Rădulescu and Florin Dumitrescu were sacked. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament. Hepatitis
Hepatitis is inflammation of the liver tissue. FC Politehnica Timișoara
Fotbal Club Politehnica Timișoara (), commonly known as Politehnica Timișoara or simply Poli Timișoara, was a Romanian football club from Timișoara, Timiș County, established in 1921 and dissolved in 2012. During its existence, the team won two Cupa României trophies and was twice runner-up in the Liga I. It amassed 49 seasons in the latter competition. Named after and initially run by the Polytechnic University of Timișoara, the club was founded in 1921 by mathematician Traian Lalescu. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. The Liga I was established in 1909 and commenced play for the 1909–10 campaign, being currently on the 29th place in UEFA's league coefficient ranking list.
