Silverio José Ortiz Ley (born 18 December 1982) is a Mexican professional boxer. Silverio is the current IBA light welterweight Champion. Professional career In April 2005, Ortiz beat an undefeated Ricardo Dominguez at the Dodge Arena in Hidalgo, Texas. On May 1, 2010 Ortiz beat title contender Fernando Angulo to win the IBA light welterweight title. Welterweight
Welterweight is a weight class in combat sports. Originally the term "welterweight" was used only in boxing, but other combat sports like Muay Thai, taekwondo, and mixed martial arts also use it for their own weight division system to classify the opponents. In most sports that use it, welterweight is heavier than lightweight but lighter than middleweight. Etymology The first known instance of the term is from 1831, meaning "heavyweight horseman," later "boxer or wrestler of a certain weight" by 1896. The Araneta Coliseum, also currently known by naming rights sponsorship as Smart Araneta Coliseum, is an indoor multi-purpose sports arena that is part of the Araneta City in the Cubao area of Quezon City, Philippines. Augusto Caesar Amonsot (born August 30, 1985), more commonly known as Czar Amonsot, is a Filipino professional boxer. He challenged once for the WBO interim world title in 2007. Boxing career Early career On January 18, 2004, at the Gaisano Country Mall in Cebu City, Philippines, Amonsot made his professional debut. He won by technical knockout against Rey Lomoljo in the fifth round of their scheduled six-round fight. Koenig Pilsener Arena
The Rudolf Weber-Arena (originally the Arena Oberhausen) is a multi-purpose arena, located in Oberhausen, Germany. Opening in 1996, the arena is a part of leisure and shopping center, CentrO. The venue was built in Neue Mitte Oberhausen, a former industrial plant. In November 2001, König Brauerei, a brewery in Duisburg purchased naming rights to the arena. In December 2021, the arena's naming rights were purchased by Essen-based cleaning company Rudolf Weber GmbH.
