Short Stack
Short Stack are an Australian pop punk band. The band consists of members Shaun Diviney (lead vocals, guitar), Andy Clemmensen (bass, backing vocals) and Bradie Webb (drums). Shannon Hotchkins was also a member of Short Stack before any song was performed or recorded. Short Stack were twice named Channel V Oz Artist of the Year, and produced two gold-selling albums, three top ten singles, a ARIA number one chart award and a platinum-selling single. The group split in 2012, and their former label released ''Art Vandelay'' the following year without any promotion. In April 2014, the band announced their reformation and shortly released "Television". "Amy" was released as the lead single from third studio album ''Homecoming'' in August 2015. ''Homecoming'' is the third studio album by Australian pop punk band Short Stack and first released through Mercury/Universal Music. The album was released on 21 August 2015 and peaked at number 5 on the ARIA charts, becoming the band's second top five album. Background and release Short Stack were founded in 2005 by Shaun Diviney (lead vocals, guitar), Andy Clemmensen (backing vocals, bass) and Bradie Webb (drums), who met as students at the Hunter School of the Performing Arts. The band released two studio albums and toured with acts as Simple Plan, McFly, The Veronicas and Good Charlotte. Budgewoi, New South Wales
Budgewoi is a suburb located on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia, as part of the local government area. Budgewoi is located 112 km by road north of the Sydney central business district. Much of the town is surrounded by water; Lake Munmorah, Budgewoi Lake and the Pacific Ocean. The Living End
The Living End are an Australian punk rockabilly band from Melbourne, formed in 1994. Since 2002, the line-up consists of Chris Cheney (vocals, guitar), Scott Owen (double bass, vocals), and Andy Strachan (drums). "Planets" is a song by Australian pop punk band, Short Stack. It was released on 24 September 2010. as the second single from the band's second studio album, '' This Is Bat Country''. "Planets" debuted at number 4 on the ARIA Charts and was certified platinum in Australia in 2011. To coincide with the release, Short Stack performed the song live at Federation Square in Melbourne. TV Tonight is an Australian-based website which features reviews, news and programming information related to television in Australia as well as OzTAM ratings information. The site was started by television critic David Knox in 2007 after listeners of his radio programs asked him for information they had missed. Knox runs the site, publishing his interviews with Australian media actors, producers, directors and programmers. "Princess" is a song by Australian pop punk Musical ensemble, band, Short Stack. It was released in February 2009 as the second single from their debut studio album, ''Stack Is the New Black''. Music video A music video for this single takes place in the same white room for the entire duration of the video. It showcases all three members of Short Stack playing their music meanwhile being surrounded by people dancing dressed up in various animal suits such as a rabbit and bear. Two other people are also spotted in the video, one being dressed in an Elvis inspired costume and the other in a Mexican costume. Towards the end of the video, the lead singer, Shaun Diviney results in hooking up with the person in the rabbit suit as well as himself.
