Shizue Abe
Shizue Abe (あべ静江, ''Abe Shizue'', born November 28, 1951, in Matsusaka, Mie, Japan) is a Japanese actress and singer. Biography Shizue Abe debuted as an idol with the song ''"Coffee Shop De"'' (At The Coffee Shop) in May 1973. It was written by famous Japanese lyricist Yū Aku. The song sold over 280,000 copies and rose to the #9 position on the Oricon chart list. It earned her a nomination for "''Best Newcomer of the Year''" at the 15th Japan Record Awards, but was beaten by Junko Sakurada. Her second single, ''"Mizuiro no Tegami"'' (The Lightblue Letters), rose to the #7 position on the Oricon chart list, selling over 260,000 copies. (occasionally credited as You Aku) (February 7, 1937 – August 1, 2007), was a Japanese lyricist, poet, and novelist. Early life Yū Aku was born as Hiroyuki Fukada (深田公之, Fukada Hiroyuki) in Awaji Island, Hyogo, Japan. His parents both originated from the town of Kawaminami in Miyazaki Prefecture, Kyūshū, Japan. His father worked as a police constable in Hyogo prefecture. His father's career necessitated moving every few years, resulting in Aku attending three separate junior high schools. Junko Sakurada
is a Japanese singer and actress. She was part of a music trio in 1973, which included Momoe Yamaguchi and Masako Mori. is a Japanese pop music genre, which became a base of modern J-pop. ''The Japan Times'' described ''kayōkyoku'' as "standard Japanese pop" or " Shōwa-era pop". ''Kayōkyoku'' represents a blend of Western and Japanese musical scales. Music in this genre is extremely varied as a result.
