A side platform (also known as a marginal platform or a single-face platform) is a platform positioned to the side of one or more railway tracks or guideways at a railway station, tram stop, or transitway. A station having dual side platforms, one for each direction of travel, is the basic design used for double-track railway lines (as opposed to, for instance, the island platform where a single platform lies between the tracks). Shin-Keisei Line
The is a railway line in Japan owned by the private railway company Shin-Keisei Electric Railway, a subsidiary of Keisei Electric Railway. The line runs between Matsudo Station in Matsudo, Chiba, and Keisei-Tsudanuma Station in Narashino, Chiba. Operations All trains stop at all stations. Most trains operate throughout the line, although during the morning hours, some services terminate at Shin-Tsudanuma. In mornings and nights some trains originate or terminate at Kunugiyama. is a passenger railway station located in the city of Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Shin-Keisei Electric Railway. Lines Yabashira Station is served by the Shin-Keisei Line, and is located 3.8 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Matsudo Station. The is a railway line connecting Tokyo and Chiba in Japan, paralleling the edge of Tokyo Bay. It is operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East). The line forms part of what JR East refers to as the around Tokyo, consisting of the Keiyō Line, Musashino Line, Nambu Line, and Yokohama Line.
