Shi Xiaolin
Shi Xiaolin (; born May 1969) is a Chinese politician currently serving as communist party secretary of Chengdu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan province. She is an alternate member of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Born and raised in Yuyao County, Zhejiang, Shi worked in government after university. She started her career in the Communist Youth League of China in Shanghai, where she eventually became a member of the standing committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the city's top authority. After a short term of two years in central China's Jiangxi province, in August 2021, she was transferred to southwest China's Sichuan province and appointed communist party secretary, the top political position in the city. Zhabei
Zhabei, formerly romanized as Chapei, is a neighborhood and a former district of Shanghai with a land area of and a resident population of 847,300 as of 2013. It is the location of the Shanghai railway station, one of the main railway stations of Shanghai. On November 4, 2015, Zhabei was merged into the smaller but more central Jing'an District. Historically, the district has been highly populated with working class residents. Yang Fasen (; born February 1971) is a Chinese politician who is currently serving as the secretary of the Qinghai Political and Legal Affairs Committee. He previously served as the vice chairman of Xinjiang, party secretary of Ürümqi and Hotan. Biography Yang was born in Gulang County, Gansu, in February 1971. He enlisted in the People's Liberation Army in December 1990, serving until March 1994. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in June 1993. Yang studied briefly at the Party School in Aksu Prefecture before being assigned to Kumbash Township as an official in December 1994.
