Sher Bahadur Kunwor
Sher Bahadur Kunwor ( ne, शेरबहादुर कुँवर) is a Nepali politician who is currently serving as the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security in the ruling coalition led by Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba. He is currently a member of the CPN (Unified Socialist). Kunwar is taken as one of the brave leaders as he had filed candidacy in the 2008 Constituent Assembly election from Achham 1 when Bhim Rawal was afraid due to Maoist upraise in his constituency. The National Assembly or Rastriya Sabha ( ne, राष्ट्रिय सभा; ) is the upper house of the Federal Parliament of Nepal, the lower house being the House of Representatives. The composition and powers of the Assembly are established by Part 8 and 9 of the Constitution of Nepal. There are a total of 59 members: 8 members are elected from each of the seven provinces by an electoral college of each province, and three are appointed by the President on recommendation of the government.
