''Shelby Oaks'' is an upcoming American supernatural horror mystery film produced, written, and directed by Chris Stuckmann in his feature film directorial debut. The Ohio State Reformatory (OSR), also known as the Mansfield Reformatory, is a historic prison located in Mansfield, Ohio in the United States.
