Shakhovskoy District (russian: Шаховско́й райо́н) is an administrativeLaw #11/2013-OZ and municipalLaw #62/2005-OZ district (raion), one of the thirty-six in Moscow Oblast, Russia. It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Shakhovskaya.
