Utopia (Kerli EP)
''Utopia'' is the second extended play (EP) by Estonian recording artist and songwriter Kerli. It was released on 19 March 2013 by The Island Def Jam Music Group. The album was produced in the five years following the release of Kerli's debut album '' Love Is Dead'' (2008) and was originally intended as Kerli's second studio album. The songs from the EP feature an overall positive message and a heavily electronic dance-influenced sound (a stark contrast from ''Love Is Dead'') and feature production by Swedish production duo SeventyEight as well as English producer and DJ Switch. The Lucky Ones (song)
"The Lucky Ones" is a song by Estonian singer-songwriter Kerli from her second extended play, ''Utopia''. Following the release of two promotional singles from the album ("Army of Love" in 2011 and "Zero Gravity" in 2012), it was announced by Universal Motown Records vice-president Chris Anokute that "The Lucky Ones" would serve as the first single from the extended play. It was written by Kerli, Svante Halldin and Jakob Hazell, while production was handled by the latter two as the production team SeventyEight and was released on October 29, 2012, through Island Records. The song, a dance track, was written after Kerli's best friend's cancer diagnosis was reversed, which inspired its lyrics' message that encourages listeners to be thankful and "to never judge anybody because you don't know what's going on in their lives". "Euphoria" is a song performed by Swedish recording artist and songwriter Loreen. It was released on 26 February 2012 as the third single from her debut studio album '' Heal'' (2012). The song was written by Thomas G:son, Peter Boström and produced by Boström and SeventyEight. It is best known as Sweden's winning entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 held in Baku, Azerbaijan. The song won the competition with a total of 372 points, at the time the second-highest point total in the contest's history. Peter Boström
Peter Boström (born May 19, 1971) is a Swedish music producer and songwriter. He is also known as Bassflow. Boström wrote his first song at the age of seven. In 1992, at the age of 21, he started Bassflow Productions, a production company near Stockholm, Sweden. As a producer, he worked with a number of well-known Swedish artists including Bosson, Basic Element, Petrus, E-Type, Ola Svensson, Martin Stenmarck, Carola, and Charlotte Perrelli.
