Serra Da Barbanza
The Serra da Barbanza (Spanish: ''Sierra del Barbanza'') is a mountain range in north-west Spain, extending in a south-westerly direction from Noia in Galicia. Geography The range forms the peninsula between the two rias of ría de Muros e Noia and ría de Arousa in the extreme west of Galicia. Due to the relatively large height of over with respect to the proximity to the two rias it forms an impressive mountain range though small in length. Highest peaks in the range are Monte Iroite (685 m), Pico Murralla (658 m), Torre de Inxerto (654 m) and Monte Curota (618). Flora and fauna Common vegetation on the mountain range is genista and pines. Wild horses are common. ''Sus'' is the genus of wild and domestic pigs, within the even-toed ungulate family Suidae. ''Sus'' include domestic pigs (''Sus domesticus'') and their ancestor, the common Eurasian wild boar (''Sus scrofa''), along with other species. Genista is a genus of flowering plants in the legume family Fabaceae, native to open habitats such as moorland and pasture in Europe and western Asia. Ría De Arousa
The ''Ría de Arousa'' is a ria, a saline estuary, that forms a firth situated on Galicia, Spain. It is one of the five ''Rías Baixas''. The Ría de Arousa estuary is the largest of the estuaries of Galicia. It is part of the Rias Baixas and is located between the estuary of Muros and Noia to the north and the Pontevedra estuary to the south. The peninsulas of Barbanza, in the province of A Coruña, and O Salnés, in the province of Pontevedra, are those who define their coasts on the north and south, respectively. Ría de Muros and Noia ( es, gl) is located in north. It is the largest estuary, although not reaching the higher levels bathymetric, at 69 m maximum depth at the mouth. It has numerous islands and islets among which the island of Arousa, A Toxa, Sálvora in the mouth and Cortegada at the entrance.
