Serhiy Yuriyovych Melashenko ( uk, Сергій Юрійович Мелашенко; born 10 August 1996) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Lithuanian FK TransINVEST. Career Makhnovskyi began his career with Yunist Chernihiv. The sports school is known for its talent players like Andriy Yarmolenko, Nika Sichinava. Melashenko, played also in LKT Chernihiv and in Chernihiv kulikovka. Desna Chernihiv In 2016 he moved to Desna Chernihiv the main club in the city of Chernihiv in Ukrainian First League. With the team he was promoted in Ukrainian Premier League. Mynai On 27 August 2018 he moved to Mynai, where he played 11 matches in the season. 2017–18 Ukrainian First League
The 2017–18 Ukrainian First League was the 27th since its establishment. The competition commenced on 14 July 2017 when Zhemchuzhyna Odesa hosted MFC Mykolaiv. After the completion of Round 22 on 18 November 2017, the competition entered a winter break and resumed the spring session on 18 March 2018 and complete the competition on 19 May 2018. Teams On 21 June 2017, it was announced that 16 or 18 teams would play in the competition. This decision was dependent on the possible withdrawal of FC Stal Kamianske from the Premier League. Due to sanctions, FC Dnipro was relegated directly to the Second League which raised a discussion of a promotion possibly of another club to the First League. 2020 LFF I Lyga
The 2020 LFF I Lyga is the 31st season of the I Lyga, the second tier football league of Lithuania. The season was planned to begin in March, but was delayed to June because of COVID-19 pandemic. The season finished on time on 31 October. Teams Team changes The last-placed A Lyga team is normally relegated to I Lyga. Since FC Stumbras had gone out of business in July 2019, no team was relegated from A Lyga in 2019. The 7th placed team in A Lyga contests a play-off match with 2nd placed I Lyga team. In this play-off match FK Banga Gargždai beat A Lyga side FC Palanga to claim a spot in the A Lyga. Licensing Process Ultimately, the licensing process determines clubs eligibility to contest in the respective league in Lithuanian football. I Lyga
The I Lyga, LFF I Lyga, Pirma Lyga, is the second tier of professional Lithuanian football championship. Format Organized by the Lithuanian Football Federation (LFF), I Lyga is contested by 14-16 teams, with the top team gaining promotion to A Lyga and replaced by the lowest-placed team in top division and the bottom 4 clubs being relegated to the II Lyga. Starting with the 2016 season, the second-placed team qualifies to promotion play-offs with A Lyga's next-to-last team. The final list of participants often does not correlate to the final results of the previous season, as the participation is finalized through the Lithuanian Football Federation league licensing process. Yuriy Mykhaylovych Melashenko ( ua, Юрій Михайлович Мелашенко) is a Soviet and Ukrainian retired football player who played as a goalkeeper. Career As a 17-year-old student, Melashenko became a Desna Chernihiv player, the main club of the city of Chernihiv, where was born. He played there for three season and in 1988, he took part of the Soviet Second League. In the 1991 season, he became the main goalkeeper. In 1994, he played 2 matches with FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih in Vyshcha Liha in the season 1994–95. From 1995 until 1999, he played for Bukovyna Chernivtsi. For 4 seasons he played on the field in 113 matches, becoming the medalist of the Ukrainian First League. In 1999, he turned to Desna Chernihiv, where he played for 3 seasons. The 2021 A Lyga, for sponsorship reasons also called Optibet A lyga is the 32nd season of the A Lyga, the top-tier football league of Lithuania. The season began on 5 March and concluded on 28 November 2021. Teams FK Žalgiris started the season as defending champions. None of the 6 last year's teams were relegated, and 4 teams were promoted to A lyga. Licensing process In addition to sporting principles of promotion and relegation, the teams and clubs need to pass rigorous licensing process. Because of this, promotion and relegation does not always follow the rights achieved by sporting principle.
