Sergio Blažić
Sergio (Serđo) Blažić "Đoser" (8 April 1951 – 18 January 1987) was a Yugoslav rock musician, best known as the lead vocalist of popular hard rock band Atomsko Sklonište. Blažić was the group's frontman since its formation in 1977 until his death of Hodgkin lymphoma in 1987. Biography Early career Blažić was born on 8 April 1951 in Pula. He started his career as a singer in Pula rock band King Stones. At the beginning of the 1970s, Blažić (at the time playing the drums), vocalist Branko Umković, and three other future members of Atomsko Sklonište, bass guitarist Bruno Langer, guitarist Dragan Gužvan and drummer Saša Dadić, formed the cover band Hush. In 1974, Langer moved to the band Boomerang from Koper, where he was soon joined by Blažić, the two performing with the group until the autumn of 1976. 100 najboljih pesama svih vremena YU rocka (''Top 100 Yugoslav Rock Songs of All Times'') was a list compiled by the Serbian music magazine '' Rock Express''. In 1999, ''Rock Express'' started the poll for the selection of top 100 Yugoslav rock songs. The whole list was published in the 25th issue of ''Rock Express'', in 2000. The list contains rock music songs from Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the songs from successor states. The list Voting Every voter chose five songs, each of them receiving a vote. Audience More than 3400 readers took a part in the poll. Readers from FR Yugoslavia and other SFR Yugoslavia successor states, as well as from other countries took a part in the poll. Initially, ''Rock 82'' was a supplement of NIP Politika's comic magazine ''Strip 82''; the back cover of ''Strip 82'' being the front cover of ''Rock 82'', printed in an unusual 11x30cm magazine format.
