Sergey Kutsov
Sergei Kutsov (born 23 April 1977) is a retired Kyrgyzstani footballer. In March 2014 Kutsov signed for newly promoted Kazakhstan Premier League side Spartak Semey. He was a member of the Kyrgyzstan national football team between 1996 and 2001. The Kazakhstan Professional Football League ( kk, Қазақстан Премьер Лигасы, ''Qazaqstan Premer Ligasy''), commonly referred to as Kazakh Premier League or simply Premier League, is the top division of football in Kazakhstan. The 2001 Kazakhstan Premier League was the tenth season of the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest Association football, football league competition in Kazakhstan, and took place between 28 April and 22 October. 1995 Kyrgyzstan League
The 1995 Kyrgyzstan League is the 4th season of Kyrgyzstan League, the Football Federation of Kyrgyz Republic's top division of association football. Kant Oil Kant retained the league that they won in the previous season. Sixteen teams participated in the 1995 season. The league was divided in two zones of eight teams, Zone A and Zone B, with the top four teams in each zone qualifying for the championship playoffs. The bottom four teams in each zone entered the promotion/relegation playoff. There they were joined by eight teams from the lower division. This was divided into a northern and southern zone. The northern zone was played, but not the southern zone.
