Serge Tchuruk
Serge Tchurukdichian (born 13 November 1937), known as Serge Tchuruk, is a French businessman of Armenians, Armenian descent. He was the chief executive officer and chairman of Alcatel-Lucent, Alcatel (a global telecommunications company (law), company) until the end of November 2006 and was the chairman of Alcatel-Lucent until his resignation in October 2008. Serge Tchuruk was graduate of the École Polytechnique in 1962 and was a member of the Corps de l'armement. References

The Corps de l'armement, or ''corps des ingénieurs de l'armement'' is a Technical Grand Corps of the French State (''grand corps de l'Etat''), aimed at providing the French Armed Forces with all appropriate equipment and at supervising the French Aerospace & Defence industry. François-Xavier Ortoli (; 16 February 1925 – 30 November 2007) was a French politician who served as the 5th President of the European Commission from 1973 to 1977. He served as Minister of the Economy of France from 1968 to 1969. Ortoli served with the Free French Forces during World War II and was decorated with the Croix de guerre, Médaille militaire and Médaille de la Résistance. He served in various ministerial capacities in the 1968–1969 administration of Prime Minister of France Maurice Couve de Murville including Finance Minister.
