Selma Lønning Aarø
Selma Lønning Aarø (born 13 July 1972) is a Norwegian novelist, humorist, children's writer and columnist. She made her literary debut in 1995 with the novel ''Den endelige historien'', about the erotic adventures of a young woman. The novel won a prize for best debut novel from the publishing house J.W. Cappelens Forlag. Later novels are ''Spekulum'' from 1996, and ''Bebudelse'' from 1999. The novel ''Vill ni åka mera?'' from 2003 was nominated for the Brage Prize. She published the humour book ''Scener fra et ekteskap'' in 2003, and ''Stormfulle høyder'' in 2005. She wrote the ''Vekevis'' in 2010, an easy-to-read novel for adults. In 2012 she issued the children's book ''Vampyrlus!'', and in 2016 the novel ''Hennes løgnaktige ytre''. The ''Great Norwegian Encyclopedia'' ( no, Store Norske Leksikon, abbreviated ''SNL''), is a Norwegian-language online encyclopedia. Nils-Øivind Haagensen (born 29 July 1971) is a Norwegian journalist, magazine editor, poet and publisher. He was born in Ålesund. He made his literary debut in 1998 with the poetry collection ''Hender og hukommelse''. In 2004 he was awarded the ''Sult-prisen''. His poetry collection ''God morgen og god natt'' from 2012 was nominated for the Nordic Council's Literature Prize. ''Klassekampen'' ( en, The Class Struggle) is a Norwegian daily newspaper. It describes itself as "the newspaper of the Left." The paper's net circulation is 34,000 (2021), and it has around 111,000 daily readers on paper (160,000 on Saturdays). This makes it the third largest Norwegian print newspaper, based on readership. Chief editor from 2018 is Mari Skurdal. The paper was initially a part of the young marxist-leninist (maoist) movement in Norway. It started out in early 1969 as a monthly periodical published by "a group of marxist-leninists" with Anders M. Andersen as the first editor.
