Sektzia Ness Ziona ( he, סקציית כדורגל נס-ציונה, ''Sektziyat Kaduregel Nes Tziona'', lit. ''Football Section Ness Ziona'') are a Association football, football club from the Israeli city of Ness Ziona. They currently play in the Israeli Premier League, the top tier of Israeli football. HaMoshava Stadium
The HaMoshava Stadium ( he, אִצְטַדְיוֹן הַמוֹשָׁבָה), also known as Petah Tikva Stadium, is a football stadium in Petah Tikva, Israel. It was completed in 2011, and is used mainly for football matches and is home to both Hapoel Petah Tikva and Maccabi Petah Tikva, and it has been used as the temporary homeground of Sektzia Ness Ziona. The stadium also serves the Israel national football team for some select home matches since 2012. The stadium has an all-seated capacity of 11,500 with an option for further construction of 8,500 on the south and north stands, totaling 20,000 seats. As part of a larger sports park in the new industrial area of the city, the complex will also boast a 3,000 seat multi-purpose arena, and artificial turf training fields. Football as an organised sport, first developed in the United Kingdom, who controlled Mandatory Palestine during the days of the British Mandate. The Israel Football Association joined the Asian Football Confederation in 1954, but was expelled in 1974 due to political pressure from Arab and Muslim members in the context of the Arab–Israeli conflict. In the late 1970s and 1980s, the Israel Football Association was not affiliated with any confederation. The 2005–06 Liga Alef season saw Hapoel Bnei Tamra (champions of the North Division) and Sektzia Nes Tziona (champions of the South Division) winning the title and promotion to 2006–07. At the bottom, Hapoel Beit She'an, Maccabi Shefa-'Amr (from North division), F.C. Kafr Qasim and Beitar Giv'at Ze'ev (from South division) were all automatically relegated to Liga Bet, while 12th placed teams from each division, Maccabi Tamra and Maccabi Sha'arayim entered a promotion/relegation play-offs, at the end of which both clubs were relegated as well. The Betar Movement ( he, תנועת בית"ר), also spelled Beitar (), is a Revisionist Zionism, Revisionist Zionist youth movement founded in 1923 in Riga, Latvia, by Ze'ev Jabotinsky, Vladimir (Ze'ev) Jabotinsky. Chapters sprang up across Europe, even during World War II. After the war and during the settlement of what became Israel, Betar was traditionally linked to the original Herut and then Likud political parties of Jewish pioneers. Hapoel ( he, הפועל, lit. ''the worker'') is an Israeli Jewish sports association established in 1926 by the Histadrut Labor Federation. History During the British Mandate of Palestine period Hapoel had a bitter rivalry with Maccabi and organized its own competitions, with the exception of football, the only sport in which all the organizations played each other. At the time, Hapoel took no part in the ''Eretz Israel Olympic Committee'', which was controlled by Maccabi, and instead sought for international ties with similar workers sports organizations of socialist parties.
