Omri Ben Harush (or Ben Harosh, he, עומרי בן הרוש; born 7 March 1990) is an Israeli professional footballer who plays as a right back defender for Hapoel Kfar Saba and for the Israel national team. Early life Ben-Harush was born in Netanya, Israel, to a family of Sephardic Jewish descent. Club career Maccabi Netanya Ben Harush joined Maccabi Netanya youth team when he was eight years old. He made his debut for the club on 3 August 2009 against Beitar Jerusalem. In four seasons with Netanya he managed to play 125 games, score six goals and also provided three assists in all club competitions. Netanya
Netanya (also known as Natanya, he, נְתַנְיָה) is a city in the Northern Central District of Israel, and is the capital of the surrounding Sharon plain. It is north of Tel Aviv, and south of Haifa, between Poleg stream and Wingate Institute in the south and the Avihayil stream in the north. The 2009–10 Israeli Premier League was the 11th season since its introduction in 1999 and the 68th season of top-tier football in Israel. It began on 22 August 2009 and ended on 15 May 2010 with the last matches of the playoff round. The 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification was a series of tournaments organised by the six FIFA confederations. The 2014 FIFA World Cup featured 32 teams, with one place reserved for the host nation, Brazil.
