Seidu Yahaya
Seidu Yahaya (born 31 December 1989) is a Ghanaian footballer. Career Yahaya started his professional career at Tema Youth in 2006. In 2008, Yahaya was transferred from Tema Youth to Anagennisi Karditsa on a loan deal, where he featured 29 times for the Canaries all making it in the starting eleven. From Anagennisi he made it to AEK Athens where he featured five times. Although he made some good appearances in the start of the 2009–2010 season, including his first Europa League game against Everton at the Goodison Park in England, Yahaya fell out of favor with Dusan Bajevic quickly and was never featured again. He was signed by Maccabi Haifa in 2010. In the first season with Maccabi Haifa Yahaya won the championship and lost in the cup final. Maccabi Haifa exercised Yahaya's contract option for the next three years where he left his previous number 18 shirt for his favorite number 6 shirt. Israel State Cup
The Israel State Cup ( he, גביע המדינה, ''Gvia HaMedina''), is a knockout cup competition in Israeli football, run by the Israel Football Association (IFA). The State Cup was first held in 1928 as the People's Cup. Because it involves clubs of all standards playing against each other, there is the possibility for "minnows" from the lower divisions to become "giant-killers" by eliminating top clubs from the tournament, although lower division teams rarely reach the final. The current holders of the State Cup are the Israeli Premier League club Hapoel Haifa, who beat Beitar Jerusalem in the 2018 final on May 9, 2018. Maccabi Tel Aviv have 23 titles, having the record for most titles won. Hapoel Tel Aviv in 1937–1939 and 2010–2012 are the only club to have retained the State Cup for three consecutive seasons. 2016–17 Moldovan Cup
The 2016–17 Moldovan Cup ( ro, Cupa Moldovei) was the 26th season of the Moldovan annual football tournament. Zaria Bălți entered as the defending champions after winning the 2015–16 edition. The competition started on 20 August 2016 with the first preliminary round and concluded with the final at the Zimbru Stadium on 25 May 2017. Sheriff won a record 9th title following a 5–0 win over Zaria in the final. Moldovan National Division
The Moldovan Super Liga is an association football league that is currently the top division of Moldovan football league system. The competition was established in 1992, when the country became independent from the Soviet Union. It was formed in place of former Soviet republican competitions that existed since 1945. Before the Soviet occupation of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina in 1940, clubs from modern Moldova competed in the Romanian football competitions, particularly Nistru Chișinău. There are currently eight teams in the competition. At the end of the season, the bottom club is relegated to the Moldovan Liga 1 and replaced by the lower league's champion. Sheriff Tiraspol—located in Transnistria—is the most successful league club with 20 titles, and is followed by Zimbru Chișinău with eight wins. The Supercupa României ( en, Romanian Supercup) is a Romanian football championship contested by the winners of the Liga I and the Cupa României. It is usually played at the Arena Națională in Bucharest. The competition started off in 1994, with the first edition being won by Steaua București. In 2010, for the first time in its history, the Supercup was held even though CFR Cluj had been victorious in both the league and the cup in the previous season.
