Sehnaj Singh
Sehnaj Singh (born 29 July 1993) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for I-League club Namdhari. Club career Pailan Arrows Sehnaj is a product of the Gurdaspur Football Academy and the Chandigarh Football Academy. During the summer of 2011, he signed for Pailan Arrows who were then known as Indian Arrows, to play in the I-League. He played his first game for the team against East Bengal on 18 December 2011. He then continued in the starting line-up for the Arrows against Pune in a match that ended 1–1. Mumbai Tigers and Mumbai FC Sehnaj joined Mumbai in January 2014 from Mumbai Tigers after the club was disbanded. Sehnaj was initially part of the Mumbai Tigers' squad to take part in the 2013 I-League 2nd Division. He made his debut for Mumbai on 15 January 2014 in the Federation Cup at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi in which he played the first half before being replaced by Henry Ezeh as Mumbai lost the match 1–0. Chandigarh () is a planned city in India. Chandigarh is bordered by the state of Punjab to the west and the south, and by the state of Haryana to the east. I-League
The I-League (known as Hero I-League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp) is the second-tier men's professional football competition of the Indian football league system. It is currently contested by 12 clubs across the country with the winners getting promotion to play in the premier division, the Indian Super League. The competition was founded in 2007 as the successor to the National Football League, with the first season starting in November 2007. The league was launched as India's first ever top-tier professional football league with the aim to increase the player pool for the India national team. I-League operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the I-League 2 and at first only promotion system with the Indian Super League, from the 2022–23 season. 2015 Indian Super League Season
The 2015 Hero Indian Super League was the second season of the Indian Super League, a professional football league played in India since 2014. The season features eight teams. The regular season kicked off on 3 October and ended on 6 December, while the finals began on 11 December, which will conclude with the final match on 20 December. The defending champions Atlético de Kolkata were eliminated in the semi-finals by Chennaiyin FC. The final was played between Goa and Chennaiyin on 20 December 2015 at the Fatorda Stadium in Goa. Nna Ezeh Henry (born 28 November 1991) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward. Career JCT Mills After spending part of his youth career with the State Bank of Travancore in 2007 Ezeh signed for JCT Mills FC of the I-League in 2009. He scored his first goal for the club on 10 March 2010 against Salgaocar in which he found the net in the 48th minute through a header as JCT drew the match 1–1. The Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, locally known as Kaloor Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Kochi, Kerala, India. The stadium has a capacity of 60,000 spectators. For Indian Super League matches it is restricted to 39,000. The stadium is widely touted to have hosted one of the loudest audiences for association football matches in the world. The 2013 I-League 2nd Division is the sixth season of the league under its current title. The season will begin on 9 March 2013. The original 21 clubs who would participate in the 2nd Division were officially announced on 25 January 2013, however since then 5 more clubs were accepted into the league. As a result of the tournament, the winner and the runner-up, Rangdajied United and Mohammedan respectively, were promoted to 2013–14 I-League.
