''Sanwari'' () is a Pakistani soap opera aired on Hum TV from 20 August 2018 to 3 May 2019. It was produced by Momina Duraid under her production banner MD Productions. The show stars Zainab Shabir as Ujala, a dark-skinned girl who has to face the harshness of society, as well as trials and tribulations throughout her journey to happiness. Zainab Shabbir (born 19th October 1998) is a Pakistani television actress. She is best known for appearing in Sanwari, Piya Naam Ka Diya, Malaal-e-Yaar, Haqeeqat, Makafaat, Dikhawa, Mehar Posh, and Yaar Na Bichray. She’s currently working on the ongoing drama Mushkil that airs on Geo TV.
