''Seer'' () is a 2011 Chinese animated fantasy adventure film based on the online game of the same name. It is about some robots on an airship called Seer who were off to find a legendary phoenix in a vast universe, they also had to fight off some evil space pirates who were blocking their way. It was released on July 28, 2011. The magazine was created in 2010 by Patrick Frater, former journalist for ''Variety'', ''The Hollywood Reporter'', and '' Screen International'' and Stephen Cremin, co-founder of the London Pan-Asian Film Festival.
