Sebra Yen () (born December 13, 1989) is a Taiwanese-American figure skater who competes internationally for Taiwan in men's singles. He is the 2009 Taiwanese National Junior Champion and 2010 Taiwanese National Silver Medalist. Skating background Yen started skating at the age of 13. He won the Taiwan National Figure Skating Championships on the junior level in 2009. Yen made his international debut at the 2008–2009 ISU Junior Grand Prix Mexico City competition at the age of 18, representing Taiwan. Charlottesville, colloquially known as C'ville, is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Four Continents Figure Skating Championships
The Four Continents Figure Skating Championships (4CC) is an annual figure skating competition. The International Skating Union established it in 1999 to provide skaters representing non-African and non-European countries with a similar competition to the much older European Figure Skating Championships. The event's name refers to North America and South America are both the Americas, Asia and Oceania (four of the continents represented in the Olympic rings, omitting Africa and Europe). Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dance. Historically, the 4CC has been dominated by just four countries – Canada, China, Japan, and the United States – which have won a combined 267 out of 276 possible medals. Tan Dun (, ; born 18 August 1957) is a Chinese-born American composer and conductor. A leading figure of contemporary classical music, he draws from a variety of Western and Chinese influences, a dichotomy which has shaped much of his life and music. Having collaborated with leading orchestras around the world, Tan is the recipient of numerous awards, including a Grawemeyer Award for his opera ''Marco Polo'' (1996) and both an Academy Award and Grammy Award for his film score in Ang Lee's ''Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon'' (2000). Centreville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States and a suburb of Washington, D.C. The population was 73,518 as of the 2020 census. Centreville is approximately west of Washington, D.C. History Colonial period Beginning in the 1760s, the area was known as Newgate due to the popularity of the conveniently located Newgate tavern.
