Sebino Plaku
Sebino Plaku (born 20 May 1985) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Football Superleague of Kosovo club SC Gjilani. Club career Early career Plaku joined the Partizani academy as a teenager and was eventually promoted to the first team ahead of the 2003–04 season, where he made six Kategoria Superiore appearances in the first half of the season. He scored his first senior goal on 11 October in an Albanian Cup game against Fushë Mbreti that finished 6–0 to Partizani. He scored another goal in the next round of the Albanian Cup in a 6–1 win over Kastrioti. In January 2004, Plaku was loaned out to Besëlidhja in the Kategoria e Parë for the remainder of the season in order to gain more first team experience, where he scored twice in the Kategoria e Parë as he helped Besëlidhja to a comfortable mid table finish. Pero Pejić (born 28 November 1982) is a Croatian retired professional footballer who played as a striker. Daniel Xhafaj (born 8 March 1977) is an Albanian retired professional footballer. Mainly as a striker, he could also play as second striker. He spent the majority of career playing in Albania where he enjoyed success with Dinamo Tirana, Teuta Durrës, Tirana, Besa Kavajë and Skënderbeu Korçë. Throughout his 20-year career, Xhafaj was known for his goalscoring ability and for being a deadly striker inside the zone. Vioresin Sinani (born 4 November 1977) is an Albanian former footballer who played as a striker. He spent the majority of his career at Vllaznia Shkodër as well as stints with Dinamo Tirana, Tirana and Besa Kavajë in Albania. He also played for NK Varteks in Croatia and Kayserispor in Turkey. Albanian Cup
The Albanian Cup ( sq, Kupa e Shqipërisë) is the main "knockout" competition in Albanian football. The competition started in 1939 as Kupa e Mbretit (English:"The King's Cup"). Just after a year the cup was suspended as the Second World War started. It started again in 1948 as "Kupa e Republikes" (English: "Republic Cup") and from 1991 as "Kupa e Shqipërisë" (Albanian Cup). The Kategoria Superiore, officially known as Abissnet Superiore for sponsorship reasons, is a professional league for men's association football clubs. At the top of the Albanian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. It is contested by 10 clubs, and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Kategoria e Parë. Seasons run from August to May, with teams playing 36 matches each (playing each team in the league four times, twice at home and twice away). The Football Superleague of Kosovo ( sq, Superliga e Futbollit të Kosovës), also known as the ALBI MALL Superleague of Kosovo ( sq, ALBI MALL Superliga e Kosovës) for sponsorship reasons with Albi Mall, is the top level of the Kosovar football league system.
