Sebastian Sponevik (born March 15, 2005) is an artistic gymnastics, artistic gymnast on the Norwegian national team. He is a three-time Norwegian junior champion (2020-2022) and has represented Norway at the 2019 Nordic Junior Artistic Gymnastics Championships, 2019 and 2022 Nordic Artistic Gymnastics Championships, 2022 Nordic Championships, as well as the 2022 Artistic gymnastics at the 2022 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival, European Olympic Youth Festival and 2022 European Men's Artistic Gymnastics Championships, European Championships. He is the 2022 silver medalist in the junior European vault final. Junior career 2019 In 2019, the Norwegian Gymnastics Federation (NGTF) required gymnasts competing at national events on a junior level to turn 14 the year the event was held. Lørenskog

Sotra
Sotra or Store Sotra is the name of a large island in Øygarden Municipality in Vestland county, Norway, located just west of the city of Bergen. It is part of a pair of islands called 'Sotra' and 'Litlesotra' ('small Sotra') that are part of a large archipelago stretching from Fedje southwards along the coast of Norway. The larger island of the two is Store Sotra (also called Sotra), and the smaller (and least populated) of the two is Litlesotra. Sofus Heggemsnes (born 13 July 1999) is a Norwegian artistic gymnast who competed at the 2017, 2018, and 2019 World Championships. He represented Norway at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. He is a four-time Northern European champion, as well as a World Cup bronze medalist. Early life Heggemsnes was born in Oslo, Norway to a Swedish father of Jamaican and Trinidadian descent, and a Norwegian mother who was born in California. He has a twin brother, as well as two older brothers and two older sisters. Heggemsnes first took up football as a child, and used to celebrate goals by doing cartwheels. Åge Storhaug (5 April 1938 – 18 April 2012) was a Norwegian gymnast who competed from the late 1950s to the early 1970s. He was born in Klepp and represented the club Klepp IL. He participated at the 1960 Summer Olympics and at the 1964 Summer Olympics. He won several Norwegian championships and Nordic championships. He coached the Norwegian national gymnastics team from 1973 to 1983. He also participated in athletics, and had decent results in the pole vault and hurdles. He died in 2012.
