Sebastian Cluer is a Canadian film director, producer, developer and writer. Cluer was born and raised in Toronto. He met frequent collaborator Kenny Hotz, six years his senior as a preteen through his father, who bought cannabis off Hotz. He graduated from Ryerson University's New Media program at the School of Image Arts. Cluer has worked professionally in many genres including Comedy, Drama, Horror, Factual and Documentary. ''Holmes Inspection'' is a 2009 Canadian home renovation series on HGTV, co-hosted by general contractor Mike Holmes and construction supervisor Damon Bennett. It is the third of Holmes' renovation series, following ''Holmes on Homes'' and '' Holmes in New Orleans''. The Brooklyn Film Festival (BFF), prior to 2011 called the Brooklyn International Film Festival (BiFF) is an independent film festival held every June in Brooklyn, New York. The Canadian Film Festival, formerly known as the Canadian Filmmakers Festival, is an annual film festival in Toronto, Ontario. Showcasing a program of Canadian independent films, it is held in March of each year and usually runs for five days. ''The Papal Chase'' is a 2004 Canadian micro-budget feature-length guerrilla-style mockumentary directed by Kenny Hotz of '' Kenny vs. Spenny'' fame, and written by Hotz and Paul Johnson.
