Sebastian Balthasar
Sebastian Balthasar (Cologne, Germany, 30 August 1996) is a German racing driver. Career Karting Balthasar started his racing career in the 2009 karting season. He became third in the Rotax Max Challenge Germany. A year later he entered the Ciao Thomas Knopper Memorial, the ADAC Kart Championship, the German Junior Kart Championship and the 21° Trofeo Andrea Margutti, with a tenth place as his best result. He continued karting throughout 2011 and '12, again entering the German Junior Karts, besides racing in the DMV Kart Championship and the Euro Wintercup. Formula racing Balthasar made the switch to formula racing in 2012, when he entered the ADAC Formel Masters, as the teammate of Alessio Picariello, which he would race again in 2014. With a best result of 4th, he finished 13th in the championship. He then entered the 2012-13 MRF Challenge Formula 2000 Championship season, finishing 19th. Acceleration at Navarra was the second weekend of Acceleration 2014, a multi-day festival combining top class car and bike racing with live music and other entertainment. The festival was organised by the International Sport Racing Association (ISRA), based in the Netherlands, to be held six times in 2014, starting 25–27 April in Portimao, Portugal and ending 17–19 October in Assen, Netherlands. The various racing competitions were Formula Acceleration 1 (FA1), the MW-V6 Pickup Series, the Legend SuperCup (LSC), the European Stock 1000 Series (ACC 1000) and the European Stock 600 Series (ACC 600). Every driver entering Acceleration 2014 was eligible for points in the drivers' championship as well as the nations' championship. 2022 Italian GT Championship
The 2022 Italian GT Championship was the 31st season of the Italian GT Championship, the grand tourer-style sports car racing founded by the Italian automobile club (Automobile Club d'Italia). 2014–15 MRF Challenge Formula 2000 Championship
The 2014–2015 MRF Challenge Formula 2000 Championship was the third running of the MRF Challenge Formula 2000 Championship. The championship commenced on 17 October 2014 in Losail International Circuit, Qatar and finished on 25 January 2015 in Madras Motor Racing Track, India. The series consisted of 12 races, spread across 3 meetings. With four victories – two at Losail and two in Madras – and top-five finishes in every race, Toby Sowery finished the season as champion. Sowery finished 47 points clear of his next closest competitor Ryan Cullen, who was a three-time race winner, winning a pair of races in Bahrain and one in Madras. Third place in the championship went to the best placed home driver Raj Bharath, who was a race winner at Losail; he finished 26 points in arrears of Cullen.
