Sean Whitehead
Sean Andre Whitehead (born 7 March 1997) is a South African cricketer. He made his Twenty20 cricket, Twenty20 debut for Free State cricket team, Free State against Zimbabwe national cricket team, Zimbabwe in the 2016 Africa T20 Cup on 9 September 2016. Prior to his Twenty20 debut, he was part of South Africa's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He made his first-class cricket, first-class debut for Free State in the 2016–17 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup on 8 December 2016. In September 2018, he was named in Free State's squad for the 2018 Africa T20 Cup. In September 2019, he was named in Free State's squad for the 2019–20 CSA Provincial T20 Cup. In April 2021, he was named in South Western Districts (cricket team), South Western Districts' squad, ahead of the 2021–22 cricket season in South Africa. Left-arm Orthodox Spin
Left-arm orthodox spin, Left-arm off spin also known as slow left-arm orthodox spin bowling, is a type of Finger spin, left-arm finger spin bowling (cricket), bowling in the sport of cricket. Left-arm orthodox spin is bowled by a left-arm bowler finger spin, using the fingers to spin the ball from right to left of the cricket pitch (from the bowler's perspective). Left-arm orthodox spin bowlers generally attempt to drift the ball in the air into a right-handed batsman, and then turn it away from the batsman (towards off-stump) upon landing on the pitch. 2016–17 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup
The 2016–17 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup was a first-class cricket competition that took place in South Africa from 6 October 2016 to 9 April 2017. The competition was played between the thirteen South African provincial teams and Namibia national cricket team, Namibia. Unlike its counterpart, the 2016–17 Sunfoil Series, Sunfoil Series, the matches were three days in length instead of four. The tournament was played in parallel with the 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge, a List A cricket, List A competition which featured the same teams. Northerns cricket team, Northerns finished top of Pool A and Free State cricket team, Free State finished top of Pool B, with both teams progressing to the final of the competition. South African Cricketers

2021–22 CSA 4-Day Series
The 2021–22 CSA 4-Day Series is a first-class cricket competition that is taking place in South Africa from October 2021 to March 2022. It is the first edition of the post-franchise era, and the first edition to return to a two-division league format. Domestic cricketing reforms were introduced in 2020 that discontinued the six franchise team format, and announced a return to the more traditional provincial based system. Fifteen teams, split over the two divisions, now compete in the 4-Day Series. In Division 1, five of the six teams who competed in the 2020–21 CSA 4-Day Franchise Series opted to retain their franchise brand, with only the former Cape Cobras reverting to their traditional Western Province name. Easterns (cricket Team)
Easterns (formerly Eastern Transvaal) has played first-class cricket in South Africa since October 1991, and List A cricket since October 1989. For the purposes of the SuperSport Series, Easterns has merged with Northerns (formerly Northern Transvaal) to form the Titans. Eastern Transvaal was spun off from Northern Transvaal at a meeting in Actonville, Benoni. Easterns was called Eastern Transvaal from October 1989 until February 1995, changing its name after the Transvaal became Gauteng and a new province called ''Eastern Transvaal'' (later Mpumalanga) was formed that excluded East Rand territories that were part of the Eastern Transvaal cricket team. South Western Districts (cricket Team)
South Western Districts, known as SW Districts or SWD, is a South African first class cricket team based in the Western Cape city of Oudtshoorn, representing approximately the eastern half of Western Cape province. They form part of the Cape Cobras franchise, and play their home games at the Oudtshoorn Recreation Ground. Playing history South Western Districts played their inaugural first-class match in the Currie Cup in 1904 at Mossel Bay against Western Province but did not play another first-class match for 102 years. The South Western Districts Cricket Board was granted associate status by Cricket South Africa in 2004 and the team has taken part in the Provincial Three-Day Challenge and Provincial One-Day Challenge competitions since the 2006-07 season. 2019–20 CSA Provincial T20 Cup
The 2019–20 CSA Provincial T20 Cup was a domestic Twenty cricket tournament that took place in South Africa in September 2019, as a curtain-raiser to the 2019–20 South African domestic season. It was played between the thirteen South African provincial teams, along with Limpopo and Mpumalanga. This was the sixth edition of the CSA Provincial T20 Cup, which was last played in the 2015–16 season. With only domestic teams from South Africa taking part, the tournament returned in place of the Africa T20 Cup, which had been held since 2015. On the opening day of matches, Jonathan Vandiar scored an unbeaten century for Northerns against Gauteng in Pool A. 2018 Africa T20 Cup
The 2018 Africa T20 Cup was the fourth and final edition of the Africa T20 Cup, a Twenty20 cricket tournament. It was held in South Africa in September 2018, as a curtain-raiser to the 2018–19 South African domestic season. Provincial side KwaZulu-Natal Inland were the defending champions. Organised by Cricket South Africa, the tournament was played between twenty teams. Sixteen of these teams had participated in previous years – thirteen South African provincial teams, national representative sides of Kenya, Namibia and Zimbabwe – and they were joined by South African teams Limpopo and Mpumalanga along with Nigeria and Uganda. The invitation was initially extended to Ghana, but they declined.
