Sean Pappas
Sean Critton Pappas (19 February 1966 – 7 June 2015) was a professional golfer from South Africa. Early life Pappas was born in Phalaborwa, South Africa. He is the second oldest of four brothers Craigen (born 1959), Deane (born 1967), and Brenden (born 1970). He attended the University of Arkansas from 1984 to 1987, with Deane and Brenden following him there. Deane and Brenden are both professional golfers who have won on the Nationwide Tour and played on the PGA Tour. Sean turned professional in 1990 and stayed in South Africa playing on the Sunshine Tour and teaching. As a result of the sporting boycott of South Africa during the apartheid era, the Pappas brothers represented Greece in the European Amateur Team Championship and the Eisenhower Trophy in the 1980s. Phalaborwa
Phalaborwa (translated to English as ''better than the south; phala'' means ''better than and borwa'' means ''south'') is a town in the Mopani District Municipality, Limpopo province, South Africa. Justin Hobday
Justin Richard Hobday (born 12 August 1963) is a South African professional golfer who has won eleven official money events on the Sunshine Tour. Hobday was born in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, England, and is the nephew of golfer Simon Hobday, twice winner on the European Tour. Hobday turned professional in 1985 and joined the Southern Africa Tour, now the Sunshine Tour. He was awarded the Bobby Locke Trophy as the Rookie of the Year in 1986, and went on to win his first event in 1989. He would win ten more tournaments official money events on the tour between then and 2001. The Kalahari Desert is a large semi-arid sandy savanna in Southern Africa extending for , covering much of Botswana, and parts of Namibia and South Africa. Roger Wessels
Roger Mark Wessels (born 4 March 1961) is a South African professional golfer. Career Wessels was born in Port Elizabeth. He turned professional at a relatively late age in 1987, without having had any major successes as an amateur. Despite that, he won several times on the Southern Africa Tour, latterly the Sunshine Tour, including the South African PGA Championship in 1991. He also played on the Canadian Tour, where he won the Canadian Masters title in 1994. He represented South Africa in the World Cup at the end of that year. Ashley Roestoff
Ashley Trevor Roestoff (born 27 August 1963) is a South African professional golfer. He played on the Sunshine Tour, where he found success, winning seven tournaments between 1995 and 2002. Roestoff was born in Johannesburg, and lives in Randburg with his wife, Letitia and his sons, Travis and Connor. He turned professional in 1987. He attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Roestoff joined the Sunshine Tour in 1992, and won his first title that same year at the Fish River Sun Classic. James Kingston
James Hubert Kingston (born 30 November 1965) is a South African professional golfer. Career Kingston was born in Ottosdal, South Africa. He turned professional in 1988, and is currently a member of the European Tour and the Sunshine Tour. He has also competed on the Asian Tour, where he collected four tournament victories.
