André Schembri
André Schembri (born 27 May 1986) is a Maltese former professional footballer who played as a forward, and is currently a director of football of Apollon Limassol. Schembri started his professional career with local clubs Hibernians and Marsaxlokk, leading the latter to their first league title in the 2006–07 season. Between the summers of 2007 and 2009 he spent season-long loans with German lower-tier clubs Eintracht Braunschweig and Carl Zeiss Jena. After a blighted six months with Austria Kärnten, he joined Hungarian side Ferencváros where he established himself as first choice ending the season as the club's top scorer with 17 goals in all competitions. In the summer of 2011, Schembri joined Olympiacos Volou however after a few games the club was demoted to the fourth-tier of Greek football following a match-fixing scandal. Eric Schembri
Eric Schembri (born 30 April 1955) was a professional footballer who played as a striker for Gżira United and Sliema Wanderers. He also played in full international matches for the Malta national team, including a UEFA Euro 1980 qualifying match against West Germany on 27 February 1980. Following his playing career, Schembri became a football manager, leading Mdina Knights during the 2006 season. As of 2010, he was serving as Technical Director for the Knights. Keith Schembri (born in Cospicua, 26 July 1975) is Maltese businessman and political strategist who served as Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Joseph Muscat from 11 March 2013 to 26 November 2019. Schembri resigned in relation to the murder investigation of Daphne Caruana Galizia and in course of the political crises in Malta. Antônio "Nino" Schembri (; born June 1, 1974 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian practitioner of Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) and former mixed martial artist. He is a former member of the Chute Boxe Academy and currently trains with Black House. Schembri is highly accomplished in sport BJJ, having won the 1996 Brazilian National Championship in the absolute division world championships in his weight class back to back in 1997/1998. Schembri has a unique style of Jiu-Jitsu with focus on submission and creative attacks. Salvinu Schembri
Salvinu Schembri (19 October 1923 – 15 December 2008) was a professional footballer who played as a inside forward for Sliema Wanderers, Valletta and Ħamrun Spartans. He also played in full international matches for the Malta national team. Club career Schembri joined Sliema Wanderers in 1943 where he spent two seasons. Schembri joined Valletta for the 1945–46 season. With Valletta he won the Maltese Premier League twice and between 1945 and 1948. In January 1947, in a tribute match between MFA XI and Yugoslav club Zaboversky played in his honour, Schembri sustained a serious injury.
