Scha Al-Yahya
Sharifah Nor Azean binti Syed Mahadzir Al-Yahya (born 30 May 1983), better known by her stage name Scha Al-Yahya, is a Malaysian model, actress and TV host. She plays the lead character, ''Dania'', a tomboy who struggles to achieve her dream of becoming a flight attendant, in the highly rated TV series Awan Dania aired on Astro Ria for three seasons that made Scha a household name. Life and career Scha was born in Sungai Petani, Kedah to a family of Malay, Hadhrami Arab and Chinese descent. She is the second of four siblings. She holds a Diploma in Information Technology from PTPL College, Shah Alam and previously worked as a flight stewardess in the local commercial airline, Airasia. Sungai Petani
Sungai Petani ( abbr. Sg. Petani or SP; Jawi: سوڠاي ڤتاني) is a city in Kuala Muda District, Kedah, Malaysia. Sungai Petani is Kedah's largest city and is located about 55 km south of Alor Setar, the capital of Kedah, and 33 km northeast of George Town, the capital city of the neighbouring state of Penang. Etymology The name of the municipality is taken from the name of a river, which is ''Sungai Petani'' (Petani River), a tributary of Merbok River. The word ''Petani'' might be related to the province of Pattani in Thailand. The word is said to derive from a Sanskrit word 'pathini', meaning "virgin nymph"; Pathini was the name of a daughter of Merong Mahawangsa, founder of the preceding Langkasuka Empire. When Kedah was known under the name of Langkasuka, traders always travelled between Merbok Valley and Pattani, and the eastern parts of Peninsular Malaysia through land routes. ''Evolusi KL Drift 2'' (Literal translation: KL Drift Evolution 2) is a Malaysian action film. It is the sequel to the 2008 film ''Evolusi KL Drift''. The film was released in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei on 25 March 2010. Plot Racing life between Zack (Syamsul Yusof) and Sham (Farid Kamil) has not ended yet. Zack, who used to be an illegal racer is currently a professional drifter. After the accident, Sham no longer drifts due to his broken leg and has to walk using the aid of crutches. Yakult
is a Japanese sweetened probiotic milk beverage fermented with the bacteria strain '' Lacticaseibacillus casei'' Shirota. It is sold by Yakult Honsha, based in Tokyo. It is distributed through convenience stores and supermarkets in single-serving containers of (depending on the manufacturer) or , often in single-row packs of five or ten. Ingredients Yakult ingredients are water, skimmed milk, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, and live ''Lactobacillus casei Shirota'' bacteria. The strain was originally classified as being ''Lactobacillus casei'' but in 2008 it was reclassified as belonging to ''L. paracasei''. Yakult is prepared by adding glucose to skimmed milk and heating the mixture at 90 to 95 °C for about 30 minutes. Astro Ceria is a 24-hour Malay-language television channel that is broadcast on the Astro satellite television service. This channel is dedicated to toddlers and children. It was launched on 31 August 2006, making it Malaysia's first-ever television channel dedicated to kids. Astro Warna is a 24-hour Malaysian television network in Malaysia. Launch On 1 June 2009, this channel airs local and international comedy programs. It is broadcast on the Astro satellite television platform as part of the Mustika Pack via Channel 132. Before launching Astro Warna, all local comedy programs were shown on either Astro Ria or Astro Prima. Astro Citra is a 24-hour Malay language version of HBO Asia, showing the local and Asian movies. The channel began broadcasting on 1 June 2009, replacing Astro Kirana (Channel 122) which ceased its broadcasting on 18 May 2009 due to low viewership. TV9 (spelled as ''tivi sembilan'') is a Malaysian free-to-air television network launched on 22 April 2006 as a subsidiary of Media Prima, Media Prima Berhad. It airs programming that tends mostly towards the Malay demographic. The channel formerly existed as Channel 9 from 9 September 2003 until 3 February 2005 due to financial difficulties faced by the operator. TV9 started broadcasting 24 hours a day on 6 May 2019. History As Channel 9/nine nine was launched on 9 September 2003, broadcasting daily from 8:00 am to 3:00 am daily. Channel 9 was conceived and launched by media entrepreneur, Jamal Hassim.
