Scarborough is a coastal suburb on the Redcliffe Peninsula in the Moreton Bay Region, Queensland, Australia. In the Scarborough had a population of 8,705 people. Along with its neighbouring coastal suburbs on the Redcliffe Peninsula, the suburb is a popular recreational destination within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Scarborough Beach is a safe swimming beach, with an adjacent playground. Geography Scarborough is at the northernmost suburb of the Redcliffe Peninsula. Deagon, Queensland
Deagon is an outer northern suburb in the City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. In the , Deagon had a population of 3,675 people. Geography Deagon is north of the CBD. The Gateway Arterial Road runs through the western side of the suburb. Deagon has a flat topography with one of its boundaries being Cabbage Tree Creek. The Creek's catchment is largely urbanised but the Boondall Wetlands, which is separated from Deagon by the Creek, plays an important role in providing essential habitat for a range of birds and animals, including migratory birds, which make their way from the arctic circle. Hornibrook Bridge
Hornibrook Bridge is a heritage-listed mostly-demolished road bridge on the Hornibrook Highway over Hays Inlet at Bramble Bay from Brighton, City of Brisbane to Clontarf, Moreton Bay Region, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Manuel Hornibrook and built from 1932 to 1935 by Manuel Hornibrook. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 7 October 1994. Handsome art-deco concrete abutment arches frame the entry and exit approaches.
