Zephyrhills is a city in Pasco County, Florida, United States. The population was counted at 17,194 in the 2020 census. It is a suburb of the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Statistical Area. Zephyrhills is also known as the headquarters of the Zephyrhills bottled water company and is a member of Tree City USA. History Zephyrhills began as the town of Abbott on April 18, 1888, and consisted of 280.74 acres. A voting district was established in 1893 followed by a post office in 1896. Steve Marshall is a Tokyo-based Magic (illusion), magician, clown, writer and artist who performs in English and Japanese. Marshall became interested in magic at age eight when he received a Marshall Brodien TV Magic Set for Christmas. In 1983 Marshall attended the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College in Venice, Florida. Upon graduation, he was one of only eleven students to receive a performing contract to tour with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, The Greatest Show on Earth. The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus (also known as the Ringling Bros.
