Savannah Jordan
Savannah Brooke Jordan (born January 24, 1995) is an American retired soccer forward who last played for the Houston Dash in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She also played for Glasgow City in the Scottish Women's Premier League (SWPL) and Portland Thorns FC in the NWSL. Jordan played collegiate soccer for the Florida Gators women's soccer team and was the first player in the history of the Southeastern Conference to be named SEC Offensive Player of the Year as a freshman. Jordan has a background in martial arts and is a three-time U.S. Junior Olympic gold medalist in sparring. Mary Abigail Wambach (born June 2, 1980) is an American retired soccer player, coach, and member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame. 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup
The 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup was an international association football tournament and the world championship for women's national teams under the age of 20, presented by Grant Connell, organized by the sport's world governing body FIFA. It was the seventh edition of the tournament, took place from 5–24 August 2014 in Canada, which was named the host nation for the tournament in conjunction with its successful bid for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. 2014 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship
The 2014 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship was the seventh edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship. The United States went into the tournament as defending champions and successfully retained their title. The tournament was hosted by the Cayman Islands from 9 to 19 January 2014. The top three teams qualified for the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada. Canada has already qualified for the World Cup as the host and did not participate in this tournament. The tournament was won by the United States, who defeated Mexico in the final, 4–0. The United States U-17 women's national soccer team is a youth soccer team operated under the auspices of U.S. Soccer. Its primary role is the development of players in preparation for the senior national team. The team's most recent major tournament was the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, in which the United States team did not advance out of group play. Andressa Cavalari Machry (born 1 May 1995), commonly known as Andressa or Andressinha, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for SE Palmeiras and the Brazil women's national team. The North Carolina Courage is a professional women's soccer team based in Cary, North Carolina. It was founded on January 9, 2017, after Stephen Malik acquired National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) franchise rights from the Western New York Flash. The 2017 National Women's Soccer League season was the fifth season of the National Women's Soccer League, the top division of women's soccer in the United States. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three. Origin The term first appeared in 1858 in cricket, to describe H. H. Stephenson taking three wickets with three consecutive deliveries. The 2017 Scottish Women's Premier League season was the 16th season of the Scottish Women's Premier League, the highest division of women's football in Scotland since its inception in 2002.
